Waited 2 1/2 weeks for bed to arrive although said next day despatch. No communication what so ever had to constantly contact them. Bed didn’t arrive in time for my post stroke mother to return home had to buy a bed to put her over until this bed arrived . Very unhelpful didn’t return calls when promised. Bad experience all round

The rods at the back of the toilet seat are not joined
firmly, consequently the arm rests move from side to side. It can't be described as safety rails as it feels unsafe when leaned on. I am not pleased with it and
wish I'd chosen the standard NHS model.

Really quick delivery even during period on which company was undergoing delivery changes. I purchased a Rollator as my walking has recently become more challenging due progression of MS. Helthcare pro where able to supply a machine capable of use both indoor and outdoor that could be carried in the boot of the average family car at reasonable cost.

Bought for my 87 yr old Mum-in-Law. It was easy to build and is perfect for getting meals and drinks from the kitchen to the sitting room so that she won't miss out on her beloved quiz shows lol. She is own her own now after a recent bereavement so this helps keep her independent and in her own home.

I found their website very easy to navigate and the specialist wheelchair I needed for my mother was in stock, at the best price I had found. Their Head of Wheelchair Operations called me to discuss my order, checking that it was the right product for our needs, then called the care home to arrange delivery. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order at the last minute, due to mother's rapidly deteriorating health (in fact she died the following evening). Healthcare Pro handled the cancellation extremely well, managing to recall the wheelchair to their warehouse before it was dispatched, and arranging a full refund. Many thanks to all concerned.

Overbed table is well made and very versatile in use. Reasonably priced. It was very well packed and simple to assemble. Delivery within a day or so of ordering - very impressed. Proved ideal for my bed-bound wife.

Arrived before expected and delivered right outside the door so I could easily unpack it. Clear instructions how to assemble. I had one query which was cleared up immediately by your staff. Excellent service and the product appears to be excellent too.

I was trying to get a heated blanket for my Mum for Christmas and due to demand many suppliers had hiked up their prices. This was a fair price and delivered in time for Christmas. My Mum loves it!

Business sent the wrong item and didn't reply to my requests for an exchange. I tried contacting them directly with still no reply. They did eventually reply and apologised for the delay and error and offered a partial refund due to the item no longer being available for an exchange. That's a great outcome for when things go a bit unexpectedly. I would absolutely recommend this business.

Very good, sturdy product, reasonable price. Arrived as scheduled. The only problem was that the adjustable tube on one of the footrests was stuck fast and I could not loosen it to adjust. I contacted Healthcare Pro and they suggested using Loctite. However, I sprayed the tube with WD40 overnight and two people together were able to loosen it eventually and make the adjustment. Otherwise, very satisfied.
